I recommend narrowing down your niche to only one category. For instance, stick to only digital products in your shop if you plan to sell digital. It may confuse customers about what your shop is all about if you are all over the map.

Begin by choosing a name that reflects your brand and resonates with your target audience. Ensure the name is memorable, unique, and aligns with the products you plan to sell. Oh, and you do have the ability to change your shop name later on.

Step 3: Customize your shop. Now it's time to personalize your shop and make it visually appealing. Add a professional banner, a captivating shop icon, and an engaging shop announcement.

These elements help create a cohesive brand identity and make a positive first impression on potential customers. You can customize your shop's policies, including shipping, returns, and payment methods.

You can also use Canva to create a shop banner and logo. It's super simple, and Canva even provides templates you can use and customize!

Step 4: Create compelling product listings. Your product listings are crucial for attracting buyers and making sales. Take high-quality photographs of your products in good lighting and from different angles. Write detailed and engaging descriptions highlighting the unique features, materials used, and customization options. Set competitive prices considering your products' value, production costs, and market demand.

You can also search for mock-ups on Etsy, Canva, Creative Fabrica, and Creative Market for done-for-you mock-ups. All you need to do is add the mock-up photos you get onto Canva and add your design to the mock-up. I'll show you some examples from my t-shirt shop below so you can see what I mean.
